Devices Screen FAQs:
The Eargo app “Devices” gives you information about your Charger(s) and Hearing devices, as well as the shipping status of any replacement devices. See which Charger is connected to the app. If there are any Software Updates, an orange circle icon will appear next to the item.
Charger Details Screen
You can tap on a Charger to access its Charger Details screen.
Each individual Charger has its own Name, Bluetooth ID, and Serial Number.
You can change the name of a Charger by tapping “Name.” If you choose a new name, it must contain the final 4 characters of the serial number, for easy identification.
You can tap Troubleshooting to reach the Eargo helper bot.
If a Software Update is available for your Charger, you will see it here. Tap to apply it. To learn more about Software Updates, click here.
Hearing Device Details Screen
You can tap on the Left or Right hearing device to access its Hearing Device Details screen.
Each individual hearing device is listed with its unique Serial Number.
You can tap Troubleshooting to reach the Eargo Helper bot.
If a Software Update is available for your devices, you will see it here. Tap to apply it. To learn more about Software Updates, click here.
