The Eargo app allows you to connect your Eargo 5, 6, 7, or SE Charger and use Sound Match to personalize your Eargo Devices to your hearing and listening preferences.
Eargo Ultrasonic Remote Control:
Several app features including Sound Match and the remote control to adjust Volume, Programs, etc. use your phone’s speakers to transmit a one-way acoustic signal or command to your Eargo devices in-ear. Learn more here.

NOTE 2: A mandatory Software Update for your Eargo Hearing Devices which included improvements for a more robust Eargo UltraSonic experience was released via the mobile app on 2/14/23. Please ensure you're running Eargo app v3.0 or later and have completed this Software Update. Learn more here.

The Eargo app is compatible with Apple devices running iOS 15 or later and is only available for download from the US Apple App Store.
