There are a few ways to determine whether you've purchased a prescription (Rx) Eargo product.
1. Eargo Prescription (Rx) hearing aids can only be purchased directly from a healthcare provider at this time.
2. Eargo Prescription (Rx) hearing aid product boxes come wrapped in a unique cardboard sleeve that identifies the model inside.

3. Underneath the top tray that contained your Eargo system in the product box were your user guides and black microfiber cleaning cloth. You may recall these items being bundled together with an orange ribbon. Locate the Technical & Regulatory Information User Guide Part 1.

Refer to the product logo on the front cover to determine whether you purchased an over-the-counter (OTC) or prescription (Rx) Eargo model.
