If you've recently received new or replacement devices, you must first add them to the Eargo app to use the app as a remote control.
Select the Menu icon in the upper left corner from any of the main control screens.
Tap 'Devices', then select 'Add' in the upper right corner.
Follow the instructions on screen to introduce and pair your new or replacement devices to your Eargo app.
Once finished, return to the Devices menu and follow the additional steps below to remove any hearing devices or chargers to be returned to Eargo as part of a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. Note: You may only remove unwanted devices after you've added their replacements to your Eargo app.
To remove unwanted devices from your Eargo app, follow the steps below:
Select the Menu icon in the upper left corner from any of the main control screens.
Tap ‘Devices’, then select the product you want to remove from the list.
Tap on the desired hearing device or charger to view its details, then select ‘Remove Device’. Once you confirm you want to proceed, the device will be removed from your list.
In some instances, you may find the ‘Remove Device’ option listed but displayed in a disabled state. We’ve got you!
