If you've recently received replacement Devices or simply have Devices in your app’s Menu that you’d like to remove, follow the steps below:
Make sure you’re running the latest version of the Eargo app available in Apple App or Google Play stores.
Select the Menu icon in the upper left corner from any of the main control screens.
Tap ‘Devices’, then select your product from the list.
If you’ve received replacement Devices, select ‘Add’ first in the upper right corner and follow the instructions on screen to introduce and pair your replacements to your Eargo app. Return to the Devices menu and proceed with the additional step below once finished. You may only remove unwanted Devices after you’ve added the new ones to your Eargo app.
Tap on the desired Hearing Device or Charger to view its details, then select ‘Remove Device’. Once you confirm you want to proceed, the Device will be removed from your list.
