Software Update:

Before starting an Eargo Software Update, the mobile app will check to ensure that your Charger and Devices have enough power. If the Charger or either hearing device battery is less than 35%, the app will prompt you to charge your system. Once the Charger and Devices have a 35% you may proceed with the update. Please remember that Bluetooth access is required to obtain in-app battery level data from your Eargo Charger.

Program Updates:

Before applying a Program Update sent from your Eargo Personal Hearing Professional, reverting to Factory Preset Programs, or syncing your app to your Devices with Program Sync, the mobile app will check to ensure that your Charger has enough power. If the Charger battery level detected is less than 35%, the app will prompt you to plug your Device in with the USB-C Power Cord and USB Power Adaptor provided before allowing you to proceed. Please remember that Bluetooth access is required to obtain in-app battery level data from your Eargo Charger.
