Our team of PHPs has combined decades of experience with helping people hear better and will be an invaluable resource for you. They will help you get started with your Eargos. They’re only a phone call away from the comfort of your own home. Any time you have trouble or questions with your Eargos, call 1-800-615-9000 during our business hours (8am-8pm Central Time, Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8am-5pm Central Time). Many questions can be addressed by our Client Care team, but if necessary they will notify the on-call PHPs to call you when you need additional help. These services remain available to you at no cost as long as you’re an Eargo user!
