If you’ve recently added a new or replacement device in the Eargo app, made changes to your devices using the remote control feature, or own a second Eargo system and now have unexpected settings in your Eargo devices, Program Sync will update your hearing devices to match your most recent program settings.
Simply pop your Eargos into the Charger, tap “Program Sync” at the bottom of the Programs control screen, then "Sync" and in just a few minutes your Eargos will be back in sync with the mobile app and you’ll be ready to go.
