If you’ve recently added a replacement device in the Eargo app, made changes to your devices using the remote control feature, or own a second Eargo 5, 6, or 7 system and now have unexpected settings in your Eargo devices, “Program Sync” will allow you to update your Hearing Devices to match the most recent program settings. Simply pop your Eargos into the Charger, tap “Sync” and in just a few minutes your Eargos will be back in sync with the mobile app and you’ll be ready to go.
If you’re running the latest version of the app, the Program Sync feature is now available at the bottom of the Programs remote control screen.
