If you’ve recently added a replacement device in the Eargo app, made changes to your devices using the remote control feature, or own a second Eargo 5 system and now have unexpected settings in your Eargo devices, “Program Sync” will allow you to update your them to match the most recent program settings. Simply pop your Hearing Devices into the Charger, tap “Sync” and in just a few minutes your Eargos will be back in sync with the mobile app and you’ll be ready to go.

The Program Sync feature is available in the app’s Devices menu anytime.
