Eargo can remind you when it’s time to clean your Devices, change your eartips, and charge your Charger. We can also let you know when Hearing Device settings and Software Updates are available.

To personalize, opt-in, or opt out of Alerts and Notifications, head to the Settings section in the Eargo app Menu.

Under “Alerts” you can use the toggle switch to enable or disable notifications about the Charger’s Battery Level and for the 30-Day Tutorial.

Under “Reminders” you can enable or disable notifications about cleaning and maintenance of your Eargos. Tap on each item to change the frequency of the reminder (e.g. 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, etc).

We also use Push Notifications to let you know about settings and software updates and upcoming appointments you scheduled through the Eargo app. Push Notifications are controlled from your Mobile Device’s own Settings menu.
