What should I expect?
When you launch the Eargo app, you'll see a notification to start the software update process. If you don't, navigate to the app's main menu in the upper left corner on the control screens. Then select "Devices", "Eargo 8 Hearing Devices", choose your left or right device, then "Software Update".
The mobile app will first check to ensure that your charger has a >25% charge (a green LED), then will proceed with the update.
