Be on the lookout for a charger software update coming soon. It includes bug fixes and improvements to LED behaviors and the hearing device software update process.
What should I expect?
You'll see the recommended update notification when you open the Eargo app three times and then you'll be forced to update the software the fourth time.
Before starting an Eargo Software Update, the mobile app will check to ensure that your charger and devices have enough power. Your devices must be at least 35% charged to proceed.

I'm not sure if this section will default to open or closed so we'll have to test it when this is published. My vision for this section is that we would just list the type of update with its version number and then include what was fixed. See below for an example. We could also get more granular and separate them by component (e.g., Hearing Device, Charger) and then provide details. For the first publication of this page, I think I would leave this section blank. We can always go back and fill it in with previous releases when we have more time but maybe we just start with what's coming next week? Up to you...
