Account Information:

The Eargo online MyAccount allows you to update your online checkout information, including your phone number, address, and payment information. This information will be saved to make online checkout easier. Account information changes made on the online MyAccount will not alter or remove your personal information from our records.

Orders:

You can view the orders associated with your Eargo online MyAccount. You will have access to product information, shipment tracking, and invoices for each order.

Support:

You can create an Eargo support request directly from your Eargo online MyAccount. These requests are directed to our Client Care team. Most requests receive a response within one business day. If you need immediate assistance, you can reach our team at 800-615-9000 Monday-Friday 8am-8pm CST, Saturdays 8am-5pm CST.
