This information will be saved to make online checkout easier. Account information changes made on the online MyAccount will not alter or remove your personal information from our records.
Orders:
You can view the orders associated with your Eargo online MyAccount. You will have access to product information, shipment tracking, and invoices for each order.

You can create an Eargo support request directly from your Eargo online MyAccount. These requests are directed to our Client Care team. Most requests receive a response within one business day.
