If you currently own both an Eargo 5 and Eargo 6 system and you’re trying to connect to the app, please first make sure that the hearing devices in your Charger are from the same product (e.g. both Eargo 5s). Eargo devices are marked for their corresponding ear on one side and have the product logo on the opposite side. Both hearing devices need to match one another in order to continue. The mobile app will not let you complete the connection process if you have one Eargo 5 device and one Eargo 6 device inside your Charger.

If you’re currently connected to one Eargo product in the app and you’d like to switch to using a different product (e.g. change from Eargo 5 to Eargo 6), you must delete and reinstall the app to connect.
