If you purchased your Eargos through a third party, be sure to register your warranty by selecting “Register Eargo” in the mobile app.
Registering your Eargo system will also give you unlimited access to our team of licensed hearing professionals. They’re here to help you get things set up, troubleshoot any concerns, and can answer any questions you might have along the way.
Simply open the camera app on your mobile device and scan the QR code on the orange belt wrapped around your Charger to get started. This unique QR code can also be found on the back of the Use & Care Guide located inside your box.
