Registering your Eargo system will also give you unlimited access to our team of licensed hearing professionals. They’re here to help you get things set up, troubleshoot any concerns, and can answer any questions you might have along the way.
You’ll need to have your Device serial number handy for this step. This information is available on the back of the box your system came in.
If you are unable to read your serial number, you may also register your Eargos logging into My Account to create a Support Request.
