Does Eargo have hearing professionals?

We have hearing professionals involved in every aspect of our processes!

First, Eargo is designed by an Ear, Nose, and Throat Physician with more than 30 years experience and rigorously tested by a team of clinical audiologists and talented engineers whose sole focus is designing leading-edge solutions.

We have hearing professionals who work closely with our Personal Hearing Guides to help assess if Eargo is the right hearing aid for you.

Once you purchase your Eargos, we strongly advise you to schedule an Orientation Call:

This is a scheduled telehealth call between you and one of our Personal Hearing Professionals (PHPs). Our team of PHPs has combined decades of experience with helping people hear better and will be an invaluable resource for you. They will help you get started with your Eargos. They’re only a phone call away from the comfort of your own home. No trips to an office or a hospital for your appointments.

Our Personal Hearing Professionals have helped put together resources to help you with your Eargos. Including videos, user guides, cleaning guides, and step-by-step troubleshooting. You can view the list of resources available by clicking here.

Any time you have trouble or questions with your Eargos, call 1-800-615-9000 during our business hours (8am-8pm Central Time, Monday to Friday and Saturdays 8am-5pm Central Time). Most questions can be addressed by our Client Care team, but if necessary they will notify the on-call PHPs to call you when you need additional help. These services remain available to you at no cost as long as you’re an Eargo user!
