Getting used to new sounds (and using a new piece of technology) takes time and patience. We offer a 45-day Right to Return period that begins the day your Eargos are delivered.

We also ask that you have an Orientation Call scheduled:
This is a scheduled call between you and one of our Personal Hearing Professionals (PHPs). Our team of PHPs have combined decades of experience with helping people hear better and will be an invaluable resource for you. They will act as your hearing coaches during your 45-day Right to Return period. If you need any help before your Orientation Call that the videos did not address, please give us a call at 1-800-615-9000 and our Client Care specialist will assist you or alert the on-call PHP to contact you if necessary.
In the event that Eargo doesn't help you hear better:
Just let us know within your 45-day Right to Return period. Please contact Client Care at firstname.lastname@example.org or simply give us a call at 1-800-615-9000 and Client Care specialists will help walk you through starting your return process. Within a few days of your return request, one of our professionals may reach out for you to participate in an “exit interview” just to see if there is a solution we may have missed to address your reason for thinking your Eargo isn’t working for you.
If you do need to return your devices:
The return team will verify your account and payment information, generate a return authorization, and send you a prepaid return shipping label for you to ship back your Eargos. Have your 45-days ended, but you haven’t heard from the return team yet?-- Don’t worry, as long as you notified us either via email, phone, or on our voicemail. Just hang tight and they’ll get to you in the order the request was received. Once we process your return request and send you a return label, you will have 30 days to send your devices back to us to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are issued within 10 business days after you drop off the devices at the post office (be sure to use the label we provide). We will send you an email when this happens, but please check your Spam and Junk mail! (Just a heads up, it may take 7-10 business days for your financial institution to show the refund on your payment statements.)
